MOLLY GREYSON’S GHOST is my newest Young Adult book to be released in November 2016. I adore writing about ghosts but this time I changed it up a bit with my main character being a sixteen year old girl. It was definitely a treat to switch gears and bring my new ghosts into Molly’s world, a world that had been turned upside down with her move from California to Midwest Indiana. Molly left not only her friends behind but her old self behind as she morphs into a beautiful young lady. Her new surroundings, new beau, and new ghostly family members, starts Molly on a road she never expected to travel. Of all my books, MOLLY GREYSON’S GHOST was the one that seemed to flow most easily out of my warped head and onto the page. I hope when you read this book you will enjoy reading as much as I enjoyed writing. I will update when MOLLY GREYSON’S GHOST is available for purchase. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…
The annual Indy Authors Fair will be held on Saturday, October 29 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at the Central Library in downtown Indianapolis. I am pleased and honored to announce that I have been chosen as one of their 40 invited guest authors from the Midwest.
I am highlighting “The Stonebridge Ghost Tales” series. If you are in the mood for an educational and fun event to attend, please consider joining us at the Central Library at 40 E. St. Claire Street in Indianapolis.
The Misty Eyes Bow Wow Bash was cancelled today due to heavy rains. Since it is an outdoor event it was a good decision. The tentative rescheduled date is Sunday, September 25 from 1-5 p.m. I will keep this site updated to any further changes. I still have my bags packed with lots of good books for your young readers and fancy doggie sweaters for the four-legged kids in your family. Hope to see everyone on the 25th. Let’s pray for sunshine and nice weather.
I will be at the Bow Wow Bash on Saturday, September 10 from 10-3 at Williams Park in Brownsburg signing my books. I am focusing on “Minnie to the Rescue” and “Nakita’s Big Question” books but will also have a few of my other children’s books with me for purchase.
I can be found at the “Paw-Made with Love” booth where I will be selling hand-made dog sweaters, bandanas, Diva bows and Don Juan bow ties. This event is a fundraiser for Misty Eyes Animal Center. Minnie and Buddy will be available to meet and greet.
I hope to see many of my friends at this worthy event.
In this day and age we have many avenues to reach millions of people all over this world of ours. There’s just one catch: you have to be computer-friendly, or know someone who is educated in social media mainstreaming. I am blessed with a 13 year-old grandson who just happens to be my personal computer wizard. Together we were able to use my book knowledge and his expertise in computer technology to put together a book trailer that makes us smile with pride. Being our first endeavor, we feel confident that you will enjoy it enough to read the book if you haven’t already. With two other books in the series I expect to see more video trailers in the near future. Who knows, Christian may have opened up a promising future at the ripe age of 13.
The children’s picture books MINNIE TO THE RESCUE and NAKITA’S BIG QUESTION are now available in full sized coloring books. Now your child can color their favorite story book to match their imagination. Make Minnie’s bow green or change Nakita’s tongue to pink. It’s all up to your child’s creativity when you purchase a coloring book just for them.
I hope your child enjoys becoming a part of Minnie or Buddy or Nakita’s story by creating their own colorful version. I always enjoyed the time when I could color with my children and grandson. Now you can, too! Reviews are always appreciated and greatly welcomed on all review sites. Drop me a note here on the Contact page with your comments or thoughts on these new coloring books. Enjoy!
My latest book, THE CUBICLE DETECTIVE, is now available. This is my first YA (Young Adult) book. It is directed toward the 13-18 year olds, but I believe adults will also find it entertaining. The inspiration behind the story comes from my grandson’s very own cubicle in his bedroom. Christian is always doing some sort of computer work. His avid interest lead me to write a story about computers but with an underlying mystery.
In the book the main character, Andy Roberts, is a computer geek whose expertise in the computer field lands him a very unique job. While sitting in his cubicle watching his screens he stumbles upon a crime. Would a sixteen year old boy take on a criminal? Does he get in over his head? The answers are revealed in the compelling chapters of THE CUBICLE DETECTIVE. — Click here to read more and to find sales links…
